At The Global Gifting Universe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return or exchange only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as innerwear, personal care items, or products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or item, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
